Student Coordinator

Working in the Undergraduate Admissions counselors and directors to develop a theme and list of events for the program. As the student coordinator my responsibilities was to communicate the progress of vendors, prospective students, the University's PR office and volunteer statuses.

In planning the recruitment event we constructed a timeline of when specific item on the list should be completed to maintain on schedule. This included developing a theme and marketing materials to be sent out, contacting prospective students, collecting forms and proper paperwork for hosts and volunteers.

As the student coordinator you are apart of the process from start to finish. Working on the event with one additional student worker we worked to develop an event from constructing the activities, menu, and decorations. While also maintaining a budget developed by the University.
